1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Jollo service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Jollo provides an AI-powered voice and text assistant for small businesses. The service enables businesses to configure an assistant that handles customer enquiries, displays pricing and manages booking notifications.
3. Account registration
You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
4. Free trial and billing
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit misleading, fraudulent or harmful content
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts
- Use the service for any purpose other than operating a legitimate business assistant
6. Intellectual property
The Jollo service, including its software, design and content, is owned by Jollo and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the business content you configure in the assistant. You grant us a licence to use that content solely to provide the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jollo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
